Collaborative Settlement

Collaborative Settlement is an innovative way of resolving disputes.

It involves two or more Neutrals representing their respective parties at conflicts. The uniqueness about collaborative settlement is that the Neutral represents one party and does not meet or interact with other disputants.

The interactions take place amongst the neutrals who represent their respective disputants. The neutrals maintains absolute confidentiality whilst interacting with the other Neutrals.

They negotiate on behalf of their disputants and work together in order to facilitate a settlement that is mutually acceptable to all the parties.
