BIMACC launched its “BAR-GAINING” series of interactive sessions for the benefit of the members of the bar. This is part of the P.R.I.S.M. (Prospective, Retrospective and Introspective Seminar on Mediation) Seminar.
The topic was an Introduction to Neutral Evaluation and Collaborative Settlement. Mr.B C Thiruvengadam addressed Bangalore’s top senior advocates on these innovative methods of dispute resolution.
