A National Deal Negotiation and Mediation Competition CONCORDAT 2019 was organised by IFIM Law School on 7th-8th September 2019.
BIMACC was the Official Knowledge Partners, CONCORDAT 2019, National Negotiation and Mediation Competition.
They were given a problem scenario based on an investment deal and had to attempt to resolve the hypothetical conflict using a combination of negotiation and mediation. Through this, the students also understood the difference between Bargaining, Negotiation, and Mediation.
