In November 2019, BIMACC along with 52 leading ADR Institutions around the world (including ICC, SIAC, SIMC, HKIAC, AAA, ZIAC, etc.,) proclaimed the Beijing Joint Declaration, for the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). This heralds the co-operation between these institutions to recognise each other, promote quality ADR and be involved in policymaking for Arbitration and Mediation.
