UNCITRAL ABLI Emergence Conference, Singapore 2018

Mr B.C. Thiruvengadam from BIMACC was invited by UNCITRAL to present his paper on the Enforcement of Cross-Border Commercial Dispute Mediation Settlements in India at the UNCITRAL ABLI Emergence Conference 2018 “Asian Perspectives on the Future of the Harmonisation and Convergence of Business Laws” held on 25 July 2018 at the Supreme Court Auditorium in Singapore.

This Conference preceded the signing of the Singapore Convention or the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation on 7 August 2019
